Color App++ is a decent compact app that helps you to identify a variety of colors.
The app can identify over 2500+ colors. If your device has a front of rear facing camera you can use it to detect colors on the fly!
The app also allows you to create color schemes from any kind of photograph.
All schemes and colorpicks are automatically saved so you can browse back to them any time.
